For your difficult work in hard metals that requires high precision, Gravograph offers a choice of 3 High Frequency Spindles (HFS) with powers of 150, 750 or 1000 watts.
Their HFS system provides higher productivity and a better quality finish.
It is designed to equip the large engraving tables Gravograph IS-Series IS6000, IS7000 and IS8000. The HFS 150W spindle can also be used on the smaller IS400 model.

Why use a high frequency spindle?
The high frequency spindles have been designed for light milling, cutting and deep etching operations with high productivity.

Their system allows them to work with greater precision and speed on hard metals and demanding applications.

Improved productivity
Even at minimal speed, the HFS system provides high torque for both engraving and milling
- It provides maximum power to the spindle, which reduces material resistance, reduces wear and tear and reduces twisting of the cutter
Quality: maximum precision guaranteed
HF spindles use very high precision bearings that minimise vibration, extend the life of the milling tool and provide a very high quality finish.
